Paid Training
All training is fully paid, including induction and mandatory training. All staff begin their NVQ/Diploma qualification within 6 months of joining, delivered in partnership with Your Care Career Together Ltd (YCCT).
Career Progression
We support staff to achieve NVQ/Diploma qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and beyond, and progress into senior and management roles.
Flexible Hours
We offer flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle, including part-time, full-time, and bank shifts.
Supportive Team
You will be part of a close-knit, supportive team with regular supervision and an open-door management policy.
Mileage Allowance
We pay a mileage allowance for travel between service users, so you are never out of pocket.
