About This Service
Regular welfare check-in visits to give you and your family peace of mind that you are safe, well, and supported. Designed for people who do not need full care but would like support and a personal alarm service. Each visit is carried out by a support worker who will check on your wellbeing and flag any concerns.
Who Is This Service For?
Individuals who live alone or whose families live at a distance and want reassurance that their loved one is doing well. Also suitable for people who want a light-touch support package with the security of a personal alarm.
What's Included
- Regular visits by a support worker at your home address
- Brief welfare assessment on each visit
- Personal alarm included — connected directly to our branch
- Prompt notification to family or emergency contacts if any concerns are identified
- Flexible visit frequency to suit your needs
2 visits a month (every other week) — £64.99/month. Weekly visits (every week) — £119.99/month. Personal alarm included in both tiers.
