About This Service
Compassionate, dignified support for individuals in the final stages of life, enabling them to remain at home surrounded by those they love. Our end of life care is delivered with the utmost sensitivity, respect, and professionalism, working closely with palliative care teams and family members.
Who Is This Service For?
Individuals with a terminal diagnosis and their families who wish for end of life care to be provided at home rather than in a hospital or hospice. We work with people of all ages and conditions.

- Emotional support for the individual and their family
- Coordination with palliative care teams and GPs
- 24-hour availability for clients on end of life packages
