Supported living services for adults who need support to live as independently as possible in their own home or shared accommodation. We work with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and other complex conditions to build the skills and confidence they need for everyday life.
Who Is This Service For?
Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, or other complex needs who want to live as independently as possible. Supported living is person-centred — the individual is always at the heart of their support plan.
What's Included
- Support with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting)
- Personal care where required
- Medication support and management
- Community access and social activities
- Support with appointments and healthcare
- Positive behaviour support
- Coordination with social workers and healthcare teams
- Support with employment, education, and volunteering
