What are your business hours?
We offer treatments Monday to Saturday, between 9am -7pm.
You can book an appointment online, or call 01455 353500.
Where is your main office?
We are a community based service but have an office in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
How do I pay for treatment?
We accept cash, debit/credit card & cheque payments. We may also be able to raise an invoice which is payable on strict 7 day payment terms.
We usually collect payment on the day of the treatment.
Who do I contact if I am not happy ?

Do I get charged if I cancel?
Once an appointment is booked, unless notice is received more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time then you will be charged for the treatment.
