Our Rates Of Pay
These are our rates of pay for all support workers across all areas - From 1.4.24

| Level 1 | Entry grade care certificate and mandatory training | £11.55 |
| Level 2 | Care certificate and mandatory training, diploma level 2 or equivalent | £11.95 |
| Level 3 | Care certificate and mandatory training, diploma level 3 or equivalent | £12.50 |
As part of the Gleberry Training pathway, all staff will be offered to complete their diploma levels 2 or 3 in care within the first 6 months of starting employment.
Please note: We take equal pay very seriously so our rates are set and not negotiable.
