Offering a great service is our goal at all times at Gleberry Support, we have created our value statement so you know what to expect when accessing our services.

Caring

Our person centred approach will always aim to have a positive caring approach to our service users. We expect all our service users to be cared for in the same way that we would want to be cared for ourselves.


Listening & Learning 

Our approach is to always have an open door approach to learning. Listening to people's views, this includes, service users, Staff, Professionals, family and stakeholders. Learning from those views and finding ways to implement them.


Accessibility
We believe all our services and information should be accessible to all, so we take pride in having social media accounts for example facebook and youtube. We have built and developed an easy to use website with main headers and all information can be given in audio, video and hard copy format. Gleberry Support is passionate about always aiming where possible to have information live and accessible.
Supporting and encouraging people to learn new skills  to access information, transport and resources both for Gleberry Support and accessing the community.


Sustainability

Always assessing services that we have,  ensuring they meet what people want and need. This working alongside with taking responsibility  to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. We are continually working on assessing how we can do things more green without compromising the services we offer. Our mission is to use only electric cars by 2027 and use 80% sustainable energy by 2030. Assessing and looking at schemes that we can use or even design to get us to 100% sustainable energy. We aim to be 97% paperless by 2025 and regularly assess our products and services to find eco-friendly approaches. 

 

Fair & Balanced

We are always looking at ways to remain feasible as a business, offering a cost effective way for people to access services in the community, along with offering good wages and working conditions for our employees. Investing in both service users, services and staff to offer a better and more sustainable service.


Transparent & Reliable 

Offering a reliable and trusted service, so the people know when someone is coming and the  expectations of the service from day one.

Making access to information simple, being contactable and open and have a down to earth approach to problem solving. We aim to remove barriers and long processes that we are challenged with day to day in social care. Its our aim as a company to  offer a can-do approach to problems, for example we look at what the problem is and find safe ways of fixing or implementing it. 


Equality 

We are 100% committed to employing and supporting people without any form of discrimination. 


Safe & Effective

Offering services that people feel safe and enjoy using. Looking at ways to be more effective by listening to people and understanding why we do things. Our aim is never to offer a prescribed approach to care, our aim is to only offer a service user centred approach to care.


Accountability

All members of staff including management take responsibility for their actions, having a company ethos to own your own mistake and take responsibility. To investigate and learn from mistakes and investigate the problem from all angles. 


Responsive

All our team members are trained to deal with problems when they come up and in a timely manner. We have a manager available 7 days a week. We always aim to be responsive to all problems, if they are big or small we want to respond in an effective way.
