Gleberry support has been supporting people since 2013 and has lots of experience providing great standards of personalised home care services. We appreciate that everyone is different and has their own needs and this is why we provide the most person-centred range of home care for you; including both live-in care and home care. We run both live in care services and community care services.

Who would benefit from live in care?
Live in care can be a great opportunity for the person to stay in their own home, with the knowledge that your support worker has a 24 hour, 7 days per week, back up from managers and other support workers at Gleberry Support.
Key factors to live in care include:

- The support is tailored completely around you and your wants and needs

How do we find you the right support worker?
At Gleberry Support it is important for us to match people correctly, so we strongly encourage our service users and any family or friends to meet the carer before committing to any type of support.
Type of care we offer:
We are not medically trained, but we can help people maintain their health and conditions with support from GPs, Ot’s, etc.
Things we can help with:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Personal care
- Accessing the community
- Shopping
- Cleaning
- Assistance attending appointments
- Companionship
If the person requires 2 people for moving and handling, we can arrange someone to help the other carer during the day.
